Scar from a scratch?: All depends on the depth of the injury and how it heals.If it is suprerficial enough just through the epidermis or even superficial layers of dermis it may heal up with no scar or initially a depigmented or whitish scar which will improve with time.This is provided there is no superimposed infection.If the scratch is deep through the deeper layer of dermis and if it gets infected you may get scar.
