Yes, new treatments: Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization is an effective way of managing multiple liver mets. One can add microwave ablation and radiolabelled microshpheres for control. The peritoneal mets can be treated by hyperthermic chemo perfusion of the peritoneal cavity and one of several new therapeutic mAb trials can be added along with Erbitux if this agent has not been employed yet.
