Stimulant tinnitus?: For better or worse, tens of millions of people have been on stimulant therapy. We've been using stimulants since the 50s for weight loss and then subsequent decades for ADHD. It is highly unlikely that Concerta is the culprit. Antibiotics though have well known neurotoxic effects including hearing loss and tinnitus.
