Antibiotics & Dairy: Large amts of antibiotics needed pre-treatment for dental can cause mild diarrhea 1-2 days after taking them. Also, you could have an issue with dairy products when you eat a large amount on an empty stomach which could cause your symptoms. Further, you indicate you take antihistamines and often allergies can lead to diarrhea. If occasional, don't worry otherwise discuss with MD.
