Lactose intolerant or allergy?took 3 lactaid before ice-cream last night, woke up w/ stomachach and now diarrhea almost 24hr later(dont go that often)

Allergy/food poisoni: Usually 3 Lactaid tablets are sufficient for a scoop or two of ice cream in lactose intolerance thus your response is more likely from food poisoning (contamination) with milk allergy being less likely in the absence of any itching or hives.
