I just started taking fenofibrate for about 1 1/2 weeks. i have now had diarrhea for about 5 days. 2 or 3 days i had ice cream one mayonnaise 3 days and mustard on a sandwich today. for treatment i've been taking a lot of pink-bismuth and immodium.

See Physician now: You may be having adverse reaction to fenofibrate. Also, have you ever been evaluated for lactose intolerance. And overdoing pink bismuth can cause bismuth poisoning. Please see a Physician without delay.
