Lactose intolerance: You may be describing lactose intolerance. Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/lactose-intolerance/basics/definition/con-20027906 & http://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/tc/lactose-intolerance-topic-overview. Can you substitute other foods? Or consider reduced lactose products. Or OTC lactase eg Lactaid & Surelac (http://www.drugs.com/cdi/lactase.html). See doc if no better.
