Unlikelky concerns: Cancer of the bladder/urethra is not a consideration at this young age. Most such cancers develop in middle to older age groups. Just quit worrying about such issues and do not look for any specks etc in the urine. Only if there is blood in the urine you have to get concerned about cancer like problems. So get your mind of this matter.

Not cancer: Black material during urination is not seen with cancers in the area. See your primary physician for a urine analysis to assess your kidney function and determine if you have some other explanation for the speck.
