Hip pain : This is of concern. Do you have weight loss, night sweats as well. What time of cancer runs in the family? I wonder if you have a osteoarthritis that lead to lumbar compression. If this is the case you could have nerve compression specifically the sacral plexus that regulates bladder and rectal muscle tone? Do you have risk of osteoporosis or trauma to the spine in the past? Recommend a MRI spine.
