Very concerning: At your age, with pain all over your belly, feeling short of breath, and your belly being hard, I am very concerned about the possibility of appendicitis, an abscess if it has ruptured, and that your headache could be related to infection in your body. PLEASE GO TO THE ER RIGHT AWAY!!!! Good luck!
