No: This will not reduce cellulite.

Cellulite Reduction: No topical treatment to date will have any long term effect on cellulite including what you propose. Velashape 3 is the only non-invasive device FDA approved at the moment for cellulite reduction. Cellulaze is approved for this but it is an invasive surgical procedure.

Cellulite treatment: No, icy hot and plastic wrap are unlikely to reduce cellulite. The best treatments are licensed devices like Cellfina, Coolsculpting, or liposuction surgery. Good luck!
