Vaginal discharge : First you need to see a gynecologist immediately. You need a thorough pelvic exam, with cervical cultures to assess for STDs, change in vaginal flora, and HPV screening. It is possible you may have a fibroid causing irregular periods, the orange hue is old retained blood, and fibroids are painful during periods. I would suggest getting a vaginal ultrasound as well to further diagnose the problem.
