Your : Your symptoms are concerning and i would advise that you seek out immediate medical evaluation if you haven't already done so. Pain in the left lower quadrant can be caused by ovarian cysts (even if you have had a tubal ligation), tubal pregnancy (rare but can still occur after tubal ligation), intestinal causes such as diverticulitis, or urinary tract causes such as infection or stone. Please be seen immediately for evaluation. If you have fever, vomiting, light-headedness, or your pain continues then you should be seen as an emergency.
