Likely you need to: get examined by family practitioner or GYN specialist to make sure that you don't have a vaginal infection of some sort. UTI can also feel that way. If the right sided abdominal pain continues esp with shooting pains into the right side of groin, u will need to make sure it is not an appendix getting infected/ ruptured. Please proceed to the Emergency Room if that is the case.
