A member asked:

What means is endo cervical cells is present?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Endocervical cells: Hi AnswerD402, This is usually reported in a PAP SMEAR and it means that there are present on the slide for micro exam, cells from the INSIDE of the cervix. This means you have had a perfectly performed PAP smear because these are important cells to see under the microscope, to rule out cervical cancer. thanks
