What could cause very low (w/in mid cycle range) fsh in a 63yo. hysterectomy, kept cervix and ovaries. hypothyroid. on morphine pump and other meds for pain control; failed back & spinal nerve damage. seeing endo-has no clue?

A low FSH in a woman after menopause could have a few causes.The endocrinologist is a good choice for specialities. If there is dysfunction in the Pituitary or hypothalamus then this would cause a low FSH. Certain medications including hormone replacement therapy can also do it
