I had my daughter october 18, i got pregnant 1 month later and had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. i am not on bc and me and my husband don't use protection . i just got my period april 27th and it was gone by april 1st. my breast are really sore and enlarged.

Unlikely : Due to pregnancy could be a sign of hormonal change. If you have an irregular period consider pregnancy test if. I do believe you mean it was gone by may 1. If that is not your usual period consider doing a pregnancy test
