Urinary discomfort: You should see a Urologist for further evaluation & treatment of an underlying cause. Urine infections are uncommon in men & thus warrant further evaluation. Would also need to consider a weakened immune system, not allowing for you to clear & prevent infections. Treatment should focus on the underlying cause as opposed to just symptomatic treatment.
