Should be fine: Lyrica (pregabalin) is not screened for in UDS (Urine Drug Screens). Amiptriptyline is screened for, but is a tricyclic antidepressant (I'm sure you knew that) and should not be of concern to your future employer. Your health is more important than faking your way through a drug screen. If they catch something and ask you about it, show them the prescription.
