Give time: 1 yr is not enough , go to gym regularly ( eery day ) , do wrk out not mnts but hrs. You do not need any tablets , or powder they have health harming chemicals eat healthy diet with high proteins ( meat and eggs ) if want supplement with vitamins. Don't give up you will be there.
