I had septoplasty & sinus surgery yesterday. ever since i woke up i've had difficulty urinating. no burning or squeezing feeling just can't let it go.

Call doctor: You might have a lingering effect from the anesthetic or sedative or might have become dehydrated (thus no urine) from the fasting prior to surgery. However this is not the usual scenario and thus you should contact your doctor to see if any testing may be required.
