Heart Health: Diet and exercise!! Focus on getting your heartrate elevated for at least 100 minutes per week. How you do it is not that important.... walking, running, elliptical... just do it! Focus on a diet low in simple carbohydrates and saturated fats. Look for lean proteins and those with a high omega-3 fat content such as salmon. You can never get too much of fresh veggies!
