Heel white dots: May be dry skin, eczema or fungal infection. same with under toes. I usually recommend Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) a prescription antifungal/steorid cream for 2 weeks and then Amlactin an OTC skin lotionrarely seeious skin issues like psoriasis, or t cell lymphoma . Follow up with doctor /urgent care
