Treat disease: Most doctors are reminded to treat the patient, not the lab. Your antibody profile may be a normal variant, or the beginning of disease. But if you are not symptomatic, and are not anemic, then adding a medication seems like a bad policy. If things change, then the decision should be reconsidered.
