Treat disease: Most doctors are reminded to treat the patient, not the lab. Your antibody profile may be a normal variant, or the beginning of disease. But if you are not symptomatic, and are not anemic, then adding a medication seems like a bad policy. If things change, then the decision should be reconsidered.

How concerning is it if your HGB drops .6 g/dl in 2 months from 13.7 to 13.1? My parietal cell antibody screen came back positive. RDW is high at 14.7 HCT is barely normal at 39.3. Appreciate any specific thoughts on these results. Thanks?
