Before Meal in AM: If you are taking Omeprazole daily for some time than it really does not matter if you take it at 4pm or in the morning. I prefer to advice my patients to take it in the morning after they brush their teeth and that happens every day and they will never forget to take it.Problem with 4PM is that most people work and can get busy and may easily forget to take it. You can also take it before dinner
