Symptoms?: Hard to help without more info. Recommend a virtual consult in order to determine whether treatment is emergent. If not prescribed for you, would wait on using omeprazole until a physician is consulted as there is a downside. If unable to keep food or water down, if vomiting uncontrollably or vomiting blood, if black/tarry stools, or if abdominal pain is suddenly severe; then definitely the ER
