Pain with swallowing: It's quite unusual that swallowing is related left breast pain. I think two things may be accruing. However, to unify both issues, it may be an esophageal spasm causing referred chest pain. This is usually triggered by gastritis, cold, stress, chocolate, caffeine use, and many more
