Gastrointestinal: If you had a normal Ultrasound and a normal GYN pelvic exam, then it's time to look elsewhere. Have you seen an internal medicine or gastrointestinal doctor? Have you tried altering your diet or kept track of how your diet might affect your symptoms? I would suggest considering other causes of your pain than pelvic reasons.

Lots possible...: Nausea/vomiting may be gi-related (food poisoning, peptic disease, gastroparesis, due to biliary ; pancreatic disease, gas/bloat syndrome, small bowel problems). Consider "central" causes: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? Urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy, & even reaction to stress. Find & treat cause.
