Depends on what kind: Please follow up w/your surgeon regarding what to expect when postoperatively eg what to eat/drink & when. With regards to sex, that's your call depending upon "type" of sex. Since you bled yesterday, I would recommend against "giving" oral sex but can't imagine that receiving or participating in any other activity would be harmful.
