My tonsil gland, a piece of it is cut and was bleeding but now has stopped and seems to be getting better but i can't drink or eat anything because it feels like it's in the way and i might cut it even further, what should i do?

I wonder how your tonsil was injured. Because of such an uncomfortable feeling in your throat & your fear of eating or drinking anything, I recommend having a thorough throat examination by your physician or an ENT specialist for evaluation,advice and reassurance.
