Not enough info: IgE level of 1500 is high, but this usually occurs as a marker of some other disease process and not the causative feature. Please rephrase question and let us know what type of work-up/testing is completed (for example, studies to rule out parasite infection). May be better as Virtual Consult. Will mention: uncontrolled eczema can rebound with severe itching after prednisone and can raise IgE.
