Needs to be checked: Pain in lower right side needs to be checked as it may be coming from your ovary or Appendix You consult your Doctor asap Will need detailed History and Physical Exam and in indicated Blood or Urine Test and may be imaging like Ultrasound and/or Cat Scan etc to make a diagnosis and appropriate treatment
