Cipro (ciprofloxacin): Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic and is not the treatment for peptic ulcer. The usual treatment consists of a bland diet, avoidance of alcohol and caffeine. Medication is usually a ppi like Prilosec daily and antacids as needed. Healing usually occurs after a month or so.

H.Pylori?: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is part of a multi-drug regimen to treat ulcers caused by h. Pylori, but alone it will not suffice. See someone more knowledgable!
