Caveat emptor: Go to https://www.usana.com/ for info on their products. There is no randomized controlled trial evidence published in peer reviewed journals demonstrating any clinical effectiveness. They claim to be a trusted partner & sponsor of the Dr. Oz show. Details aren't known: USANA's products are not medications approved by the FDA, and therefore are probably not tested for interactions and side effects like real medicines are. So, that means nobody really knows what effects there are, and what side effects there could be. It is very hard to tell if a company's product information is accurate, in the world of supplements, herbals, or other non-medications.
