Here are some ...: It's hard to guess if "500 leu" means 500 leukocytes (WBC) in urine; if so, the presence of 500 WBC suggests some inflammation in urinary tract. But in light of your lacking any UTI-related Sx or sign, I would definitely repeat another urinalysis with a properly collected urine specimen first to avoid potential contamination before jumping the gun to assume some things wrong with you.
