What does it mean that my left ovary is bigger than my right ovary and also contains an oval shaped hypoechoic area with increase peripheral vascular?

Depends: need to see the study. Size is not the issue. You are describing is likely a cyst. Hyperemia (increase blood flow) around the cyst may be seen in ectopic pregnancy, infection or normally when there is a blood vessel adjacent to the cyst. I would need to see the image to make an assessment.
