Prable basal cell Ca: Skin sores that heal, scab, have scab fall off and then sore repeats and scabs is almost always basal cell ca. At times low grade squamous Ca. Easiest treatment is Efudex (fluorouracil) ointment applied every evening and area washed off in AM Repeat x10 Area becomes very red. These are effector cells removing tumor. Follow with A&D ointment daily x10 to complete healing.
