No shortcuts: Most effective way to lose weight is cutting calories. Ignore those trying to sell shortcuts. They're scams &can be dangerous. At your age, body is burning over 2000 calories a day even if you never move a muscle. Just cut calories to 1200-1500 per day &body will be forced to burn fat to make up difference. If you do it every day, you'll lose about 1kg per week. Excercise can help but diet is key.

Maybe: When buying dietary supplements, always remember that they have very little or no oversight. What is printed on the label isn't always what is in the product... and if it is, the amounts may not be consistent. Please be careful with them if you choose to use them. Good luck in your quest for slimness!
