"Amino fuel": It might be generally safe, but it has 10 grams of sugar in each serving and also uses Cyanocobalamin for the b12. Routinely using anything over 5 grams of sugar in a serving causes a sugar spike and increased Insulin response -- possibly leading to Insulin resistance which you do not want. Also, methylcobalamin is much preferable over Cyanocobalamin for the b12.
