Talk to your doctor: Your doctor is your ally and knows that sometimes your child is better cared for by a biological parent than any government system. You obviously love your child so get the help you need to better care for him/her. Doctors are only mandated to report any physical abuse or neglect, which DOES NOT always include taking non-prescribed medications. Proof that you're trying to get help is a good thing.
