Headache: in pregnancy may be due to pregnancy specific conditions or to common conditions, not pregnancy related, such as sinus related, for example. Given the fact that you are pregnant and your symptoms lasted over 3 days would recommend informing your obstetrician at your earliest convenience. Check your blood pressure also if you have access to a BP machine.
