Two weeks?: You state that you had one period after the iud was removed. Most women have one period a month. Just wait a while longer. Two weeks is probably just not long enough of an interval. As far as headaches, i think you'll have to figure on something else. If you're concerned about pregnancy, take a test. The paragard iud's effect is reversed immediately upon removal, so you can get pregnant quickly.

Hormone withdrawal: Headaches can occur from hormone withdrawal. If your iud had hormones, like mirena, (levonorgestrel) then such symptoms can occur. On the other hand, if you are worried about being pregnant, this may be sufficient to cause headaches. About pregnancy, ask your gynecologist.
