Applauding awareness: I commend any younger person picking up on what their body is doing and inquiring about it. That kind of awareness over a lifetime will serve you well. Bending your head stretches your neck muscles which are connected to muscles in the back and low back. Pain described is often from poor posture. Strengthen and balance the core muscles.
