Posture: Muscles around shoulder blades help hold the head and neck in proper alignment. Forward lean of head or shoulders increases the workload. Posture problems often lead to,this type of pain. Could be a positional problem with head n pillow. Get evaluated by pmr doc or ortho to get correct diagnosis and effective to plan.
