I live in china & have 2 mo. yeast infection. monistat 7 & 2 bouts of topical metronidazole have not worked. i have 7 caps diflucan (fluconazole) 50 mg. recommend?

Yes: I'm assuming that you have a vaginal yeast infection with itching and a discharge that looks like cottage cheese. If this is the case, Diflucan (fluconazole) 150mg - 200mg is a good single treatment. If it is a bad infection, You may want to repeat the dose in 3-4 days. Metronidazole is a good treatment for Trichomonas and Bacterial Vaginosis but won't help with yeast. Best wishes!
