Count on it: condoms are not foolproof and if there was sperm in your vagina, it may have torn or slipped off. You should do a pregnancy test. Additionally, use spermicidal foam, gel, sponge or vaginal suppositories

Get checked: If you noticed sperm in your vagina, then chances are good that the condom did not work properly. If you miss your period, than you may want to take a pregnancy test. If you are worried that you may have a sexually transmitted disease, please see your doctor for tests. Good luck!
