Hard to tell!: Without looking at the images, and you in person, it is hard to tell. Blood vessels in the lungs do look like circles when viewed on end.

33/m. Never smoked. No cough, intermittent SOB, relieved with inhaler. Clear CXR, lung sounds normal. Allergies/PN drip, and sometimes very small streaks blood in mucus after throat clearing. Also have blood in nose occasionally. Suggest lung cancer?
Cant get a satisfying deep breath for three weeks. Clear CT & X-ray. Blood ox and BP are perfect. What can be causing it? ER said they didnt know.
