Unsure: The hCG does not indicate with any certainty that a pregnancy is a multiple.

Dependent on timing: Although multiples will have greater increases in their Hcg levels than singleton pregnancies, the best predictor will be a transvaginal ultrasound performed when your Hcg level reaches 1500 mIU/mL, which if your Hcg is 756 today, should occur in about 48-72 hours. Sometimes twin pregnancies take higher Hcg levels to see on US. Good luck!
