Very early pregnancy: Hi! if you were my patient, i would advise you that one of two things is happening. Either you have a very earlynormal pregnancy, or you may have a blighted ovum. Your hormone levels are concerning for a possible tuba lpregnancy/ miscarriage. I would check a Progesterone level and continue to follow the HCG levels until ultrasound is possible (around 1000).
