Sure: Since it's only one hour difference then it will be fine no matter what kind of birth control pill you are taking. In general you want to take progestin only pills ("Mini-Pill", Micronor) within an hour of the same time each day. You have about a 6 hour window for combined contraceptives that contain estrogen and progesterone.
